@dualiejulie @doc4care Same! I have #OrthostaticIntolerance #HYCH (Hypocapnic Cerebral Hypoperfusion) type of dysautonomia as a base, but it’s often “just brain hypoperfusion/low pCO2/orthostatic headaches and brain fog” without +HR/BP compensation. It takes #MCAS to turn it to full blown #HyperPOTS

@angryhacademic @vijayiyer312 And in addition to dysautonomia variants described above, I also experience #HYCH (Hypocapnic Cerebral Hypoperfusion), where I get orthostatic brain fog and orthostatic pressure headaches/nausea with low pCO2, without compensatory HR/BP increase. All depends on a day.

@Be_Kinderr @DrEReinhold @H2OhTwist @danimorsberger @jenbrea Interesting! I'm trying to figure out the role of hypocapnia here. It seems that the mechanisms behind #HYCH and #POTS ( & maybe #MECFS) may be similar?: disordered breathing -> hypocapnia -> disordered vasoconstriction -> cerebral hypoperfusion -> OI (with or without tachy)
