RK - great points about translanguaging. There is some great stuff out there on using it as a pedagogy.
A5: We have discussed in class about "translanguaging" as a way to develop second language skills through inquiry.

@cbeaverford #IBECchat #NTNUCPD Yes, we start the year by looking at questioning and giving the students tools for asking questions (sentence prompts, etc.) and role-play different scenarios where they need to as questions.
A5: Great question and I think closely related to the last one. I think the best way is through encouraging students to ask questions about the language that you are teaching. Why does it work this way? How do we do this in the target language.
