ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡು, ನುಡಿಗೆ ಅಪಮಾನವಾಗುವ ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರ ಸಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಸಂವಹನ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ. ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವೂ ಹೌದು. ಇಂಥ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಮರುಕಳಿಸದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
