@JoeCimpian In some #IIOR2022 sessions, I learned more about @cloudresearch's participant tools:
1. CR's "Prime Panels" do NOT use mTurk (like mTurk Toolkit).
2. CR also offers "managed" sampling for more complicated experimental designs (e.g., studying dyads, rare populations, etc.).

- how large, influential datasets (from as early as 2006) were found to contain substantial amounts of "joke" responses that changed results.
- validation of a screening method that uses "low-frequency" and "theoretically unrelated" responses.
Do you buy data from firms that guarantee nationally representative samples?
At #IIOR2022, Efrain Ribeiro reported ≅40% of data from such samples had to be removed due to potential fraud and data quality issues!
They blamed incentives, proprietary data/methods/results, etc.
