So a quick update on the #ILCKchallenge. Competition is long over and while we've stopped trying as hard (or at all) my wife has surpassed us and lost 40 lbs! She's putting us to shame.

KnifeCity is going into an information shut down during the 2nd half of the comp as to not encourage Sauce to catch up.
