Double reg in database management shows incompetence. INEC could easily have synced/updated both data sets knowing Nig's edu level. Even if they wanted to delete one, why not leave the recent one since many aspects of people's lives may've changed?

I finally got mine after 7 visits to various INEC offices. Each time I went back, the INEC officers I met offered to reapply for Reprint for me.
Why?
Because, they said they didn't have a workflow to track requests for reprints. I refused to avoid double printing.
