The terrorist accounts of Islamic State (ISIS) have become active again on the internet, following the control of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) over both Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor and their surrounding areas. These accounts are threatening either “repentance” or death in Deir ez-Zor and Raqqa, after declaring their control over the Syrian desert and areas in the city of Palmyra. #IsisISBack
