You can either do that yourself (home educate) or opt into the school system. If the schools fails your child you can't sue them because of that parental duty. #HomeEdCymru

In Portsmouth, we regularly see the local authority @PortsmouthToday try to hound children back in to schools that caused them significant mental health issues, despite their parents' commitment to provide them with an education that is suitable to their needs. 2/8
