After listening to him rant about how unacceptable it was for 10 minutes, I dared him to recreate the anomaly. He couldn't.

I moved this company off paper contracts and into an iPad based digital solution because they wanted to go paperless.
A year later they've backslid into printing all the PDFs which are much longer than the original contracts and use way more paper.
People are idiots.
