タンパク質の構造予測がレベル高すぎて震える。思えば、大学で初めての実習課題が、福留研でのヘリックス-コイル転移の理論だったので、タンパク質構造は原体験。当時コンピュータは無いに等しくて、アミノ酸ごとのヘリックス遷移確率を行列で表して、配列に従って積算してたような記憶

宝ヶ池国際会議場、何度来ても迷路。入り口から会場に直線的に行けないのは、襲撃を困難にし、警備を容易にするためか。ところどころ、銃撃の盾にできる壁がさりげなくあって、ここから狙撃兵が狙えるなと思いながら、会場を徘徊する。トイレの場所は覚えておいたほうがいい。

昼飯食ってきた。会場周辺は混んでるので、1kmほど白川通まで歩いてインド・アジア・ダイニング。
