@airtelindia I paid my bill. Outgoing worked. Then you blocked it AGAIN. Tried 121 & 198 — keypad doesn’t work. No support. No solution. Only stress. @TRAI @DoT_India pls take action. This is harassment. #AirtelScam #IVRFail #CustomerCareFail #TRAI @SakalMediaNews @timesofindia

Hey @airtelindia, fix your broken IVR! Dial pad works on every number except 121 & 198 — your own helplines. What kind of service is this? Can’t even reach support when needed. Absolutely pathetic for a top telecom company. #Airtel #IVRFail #fraud #scammer

Frustrating #CX on @Delta's Elite Member Line. I click-to-dial from the app, w/ the only mobile# that has been connected to my skymiles account for over a decade, & ask me to enter in my 10-digit skymiles # & record my name for callback...toggling between app & dialpad = #IVRFail
