O Projeto de Lei da Assembleia da Califórnia AB 957, também conhecido como “Direito de família: identidade de gênero”, foi aprovado pelo legislativo estadual e aguarda a sanção do governador
A lei visa proteger a identidade de gênero das crianças em casos de mudança de nome e disputa de guarda na Califórnia
A lei estabelece que o tribunal deve considerar fortemente que afirmar a identidade de gênero da criança é do seu melhor interesse, e que os pais que não afirmam a identidade de gênero da criança podem perder a guarda
Essa lei tem gerado controvérsia e indignação entre alguns grupos que defendem os direitos dos pais e das crianças
Um dos críticos da lei é o bilionário Elon Musk que se manifestou no Twitter:
"Este projeto de lei é um lobo em pele de cordeiro.
O que isso significaria na verdade, é que se você discordar do outro pai sobre esterilizar seu filho, você perde a guarda
Loucura total!"
Um caso emblemático de perda da guarda por identidade de gênero na Califórnia é o de James Younger, um menino de 9 anos que se identifica como menina e usa o nome Luna.
Seu pai, Jeffrey Younger não aceitava a sua identidade de gênero e tentou impedir sua transição.
Em 2022, um juiz determinou que Jeffrey Younger perdesse a guarda compartilhada de James e que sua mãe, Anne Georgulas tivesse o poder exclusivo para decidir sobre sua educação e tratamento médico para transição de gênero

Today, 1 year ago I received the worst call of my life. It was a simple "I have a bad news to tell you, your son jumped in front of the train". So raw, simple and direct. I don't blame them. They would be in shock as well.
I couldn't believe it. I looked for someone who could take me to the hospital and while, incredulously waiting for my blood pressure to recover, my friends were trying to understand me without believing what I was telling them either.
They called me back to tell me that it wasn’t the hospital I had to go to, but to the Toxicological Institute, but that I shouldn't go because they were already closed.
I spent the night looking at the pointer of the clock waiting for the day to come or for the phone to ring again saying that it was a mistake. It didn't. I imagined a thousand ways it could have happened: he hit and flew off; he fell and hit his head; he hit the edge of the platform....
It couldn't be true. I saw him 1 month before and he "looked" happy, how could he throw himself, that was not possible
25/08-They took me to the Institute - I received the 2nd hit. They could not confirm his identity and had to send his fingerprint to Madrid for confirmation. I kept hoping that it wasn't true, that the fingerprint wasn't his. Hours passed. They were about to close and Madrid had not sent the confirmation. Back home to wait
3rd hit - 26/08 back to the Institute. Madrid confirms that yes, the deceased is MY SON.
My world collapsed. I had to go downstairs to sign the papers to move his body to the morgue.
4th hit - "Do I have to identify him?" I ask looking for strength to see him lying on a cold bed. Answer: No, you CAN'T identify him. At that moment I didn't understood.
Then I didn't understand what those words meant, but the look on his face as he said it to me, I will never forget. When I saw the coffin, I knew I was too small for his height. I began to imagine all kinds of terror and still didn't believe it was voluntary. Then I still believed HE WAS HER. I agreed to bury him as "her" which is what she would have wanted.
(When I received the autopsy in March, I understood why the "NO YOU CAN'T" from the Toxic Institute)
I got his stuff back and still haven't had the courage to look at it. I kept the PC and the cell phone and that's when I saw that something didn't fit. Someone had manipulated his PC. I found things on his cell phone that didn't make sense.
I started to investigate, to look for answers. The more I searched, the more I found, the less sense it all made.
Today it's been 1 year since Eric left this world. It took me 3 days to find out
1 year and I'm still waiting for answers. NOW I KNOW that ERIC WAS NOT "HER" (I have proof). Just ANOTHER VICTIM OF QUEER IDEOLOGY
Adif (those in charge of the trains) published [...] interrupted the circulation due to the accident of 1 person in 1 unauthorized point of passage [...]. Indirectly the blame him for the delay and many newspapers published the news for 💰, and NONE of them published a "we are sorry, our condolences" or something like that. VOLTORS ALL, no sympathy, this is what we have become.
The Government Administration does not pronounce. Adif does not pronounce. The court does not respond to my request. August, the country at a standstill. Everyone on vacation or pulling "the kiss news" WHILE, I KEEP WAITING.
I have decided to change my name. From now on my name will be ERIC. I will change the docs when I finish what I started.
Eric's death will NOT be in vain
EVERYTHING I am doing and will do is to protect/save YOUR children from this pandemic. When someone writes his story I don't want no one to see my name. Eric is the reason, he is the one who has pushed me to fight and IT IS HIS NAME that should be remembered
TO EVERYONE INVOLVED in what happened to him and to the other victims, TO THE TRANSACTIVISTS ignorant of the scam, TO THE POLITICIANS who did not take into consideration the consequences of a bad law, I wish you all to live in your own skin the same as I do.
