In earlier stage trials of #immunoRT we must leverage recent advances in correlative science, such as multiplexed IF, RNAseq, spatial proteomics, etc to find the signals that are most effective in discriminating responders from non-responders. #radonc #jc

Identifying the dose that stimulates T cell infiltration is key, as well as achieving multi-institutional dose planning/delivery are some of the main goals of P-RAD. @Rad_Nation T1: the goal of our review paper was to take stock of a rapidly developing landscape of IO in #bcsm, and to highlight the knowns and unknowns of #ImmunoRT so that informative clinical trials can be conducted to make progress in this exciting area. #radonc #jc
