Dear HEC. We have paid heavy fees to our university for onsite learning but now as country is facing crisis. We want refund of 60% - 70% of our fees. Then you may continue with online we are ready to cooperate.

These issues are somehow the greatest issues and we can't eliminate them as much
So we want a break from this. Give students a summer vacation

-How can we help students in remote areas?
-What about students that don't have a laptop/smartphone?
-How can we make data free?
-How will assessments/exams take place?
-What about grades?
-What if the electricity goes out?
We need your help to make this a success. Failure is not an option.

4) Faculty: They have never taught online before. We are working on making sure they get the training they need.

3) Quality: Guidelines have been issued to Universities. The VC must personally certify each course and make sure it is "online ready".
