#InCommonBos--Each day, the Guides will remove a series of blue markers from the cabinet and install them throughout the #BostonCommon and ask such questions as “Who owns the grass?,” or “Who owns the future?”. A poem will emerge creating a constantly-changing daily commentary.
"I am hoping the Guides who spread the markers…to the wider public around the park over the month, will facilitate many questions including an important one for us all: What do we have in common?” – Artist Janet Zweig #PublicArt #inCommonBos #BostonCommon @BostonParksDept
Doing a thing that combines lots of stuff I like:
✅public art 🎨
✅public parks🌳
✅wearing a silly costume 🎭
✅taking to strangers 🗣
✅questioning societal conceptions of sharing vs private ownership ☭
