#insidekfc That gravy burger says it all. 1215 calories, nearly 50% of which is fats. Even the KFC website admits that you'd need to cycle for 3 hours to burn that off. If you're eating this stuff regularly, you need your head (and your guts) examining.

This #InsideKFC documentary seems like a recruiting campaign that shows KFC from a corporate, senior management perspective of being one big happy family. It’s not focusing on real things like job security, pay, issues at work or the normal things that would be happening

It pisses me right off when companies like #kfc say its a 6 hrs contract but you are more than likely going to work full time. If that's the case give them full time contracts instead of trying to screw them over with small contracts. #insidekfc
