@karananandpara We planned to do a Viv Tavi What we noticed was the Ncc side was canted and not at the annulus plan was to close the annulus at ncc side Also what helped was the #Inspiris #Resilia valve which has this unique Vfit technology which need not be fractured #edwardlifesciences

Nice data, although a small initial series (N=26). More data and follow-up required. We already knew of some valve designs for aortic position resulted in more central PR in pulmonary position. Could this be the case of #Inspiris? Particularly since no PR when in a conduit

I had a recent patient who got a 21 mm SAVR that many would have put a 26 mm #TAVR! At least he got an #Inspiris valve which should be better for #ViV without need for #BVF https://t.co/2PHfzYzi5b
