#Intermittentfasing - Twitter Hashtag

I'm on a #keto lifestyle and #intermittentfasing for the past 6 years, since 2019. I get asked how many times a year I fast for a whole day or more, or less, or anything in between. So unless I actually track I have no clue so I say I always answer "many times". Well, I recently started tracking again. This time, my fasts go anywhere from 16 to 25 hrs, and that's only for the past 2-3 months. It's safe to say I practice #fasting -+ 120 days a year.

A friendly little reminder: Fasting or not - stay hydrated! In addition to keeping your body going, drinking plenty of water during your fast will fill up your stomach and help you to cope with hunger longer. #intermittentfasing #fasting #simplefasting
