Consistency in Ibadah - It isn't about taking something too much or too fast - You do have extra time, memorize du'aas - Keep your schedule into account - Take on what you can be consistent on (e.g. focus on listening to the Qur'an or recite dhikr) #IntroductionToSpirituality
