These people do NOT represent the country Iran and frankly the Iranian people do not want them there.
The people exposed by @semafor and @IranIntl as the network of #IranExpertsInitiative (IEI), represent no country but a jihadist terror structure called the Islamic Regime. Some of the reasons why the German officials don’t want to publicly meet the diaspora, especially @PahlaviReza or @AlinejadMasih are because the regime has long infiltrated European governments (see #IranExpertsInitiative) that tells them the #IranRevolution won’t succeed so stick to your relationship with the terrorist regime. We need to push for talks with the diaspora but we need to also address the hidden reasons below if we want to be successful:
The hidden reason that no one talks about is the money cartels and the hostage diplomacy machine. The financial powers that established deep business relations between the west (especially Germany that is still the biggest trade partner of the Regime today) are still operating inside of Iran. That means at any time there are thousands of foreign nationals inside of Iran that can be taken hostage by the regime to force compliance by the states. There are so many German citizens in Iran that they have German speaking schools. The regime is holding kidnapped German citizens on death row and in torture chambers and they are not afraid to take more hostages. Why? Because there have been no consequences at all to their hostage taking business.
If we want western countries to stand with the diaspora we have to solve the hostage crisis first. That means working on
1. A global task force that creates a policy for all western countries whose citizens are held by the regime and its proxies and unitedly places irreversible political and economical pressure on the regime until all hostages are released.
2. The rapid withdrawal of all foreign companies, workers, and business relations with the terrorists.
3. The immediate identification and removal of regime agents that have infiltrated western governments and are the mouthpiece of regime propaganda in our policies and media.
As long as we keep ignoring the major Elefant in the room these hidden back door room meetings will be all they agree to.
Today I walked out of a meeting with the German government because they tried to censor me. I had a meeting with officials in the German Foreign Ministry. But I was told the meeting had to be kept secret and I couldn’t mention it in the media or write about it on my social media. I tried to convince the officials to publicly meet with Iranian delegation that included @simamoradb51053 young woman who had been shot during the Woman, Life, Freedom revolution last year.
When the ministry officials insisted on keeping the meeting a secret, I walked out.
I am a women’s rights activist and I stand for transparency. How ironic that German government, with its feminist foreign policy, wants to meet with other feminists but only in secret. The German government is practicing victim blaming.
I’ve heard some German officials say I’m too radical and meeting me publicly would be fatal to their Iran policy.
If standing up for women’s rights and wanting an end for gender apartheid regime in Iran is being radical, then I’m proud to be labeled as such.
The German government is helping the Islamic Republic to silence dissidents. I refuse to play their game. Earlier this week I had many constructive meetings with parliamentarians and ministers from different parties. I have high hope that they can be allies of Iranian women.
