Today’s crypto market continued to be driven by the combination of macro data, ETF flows, and structural narratives. Ahead of the upcoming CPI release, the market remains in a state of cautious sentiment alongside high-level volatility, with capital rotating mainly between major assets and high-volatility narratives.
For Bitcoin, market focus remains centered on spot ETF inflows and macroeconomic data. Recently, U.S. spot BTC ETFs have continued to maintain net inflows and active capital participation, reflecting sustained institutional demand and providing important structural support for the market. Products such as BlackRock’s IBIT and Fidelity’s FBTC continue absorbing market supply, helping BTC maintain range-bound trading ahead of the CPI release.
ETH market structure also remains divided. On one hand, spot ETH ETF inflows have stayed relatively stable, providing price support. On the other hand, some large ETH inflows to exchanges have raised short-term supply pressure concerns, although the broader staking and long-term lock-up trend remains intact.
On the financing and project side, recent funding rounds included Bitnomial, JPYC, KAIO, Hata, and BlockInvest. Bitnomial raised $550 million, while JPYC completed a $17.62 million round. KAIO and Hata each secured $8 million in funding, while BlockInvest continues expanding its RWA and traditional financial asset tokenization strategy. Overall, capital continues flowing toward long-term themes including trading infrastructure, stablecoin payment networks, RWA tokenization, and compliant finance.

We're putting the finishing touches to the new issue 39 of Haunted Magazine #haunted39. It goes to the printers on the 21st of August and it's officially out on the 5th of September. We'll do a pre-order link soon. All I will say about it is WOW, the writing, the content, & the features make it such a joy for @thehauntedguy and myself to put together.
There'll be stuff to discuss, stuff to debate, stuff to disagree with, stuff to make you think about & stuff to just sit back, enjoy and read. That's how we like it, we like to respectfully poke the paranormal with a stick now and then or pop it into a bag and shake it up and see what happens, see if it bites back, see if it fights back, see if it nods its head in agreement.
