Listening to @Kendra_Little speak about retrospectives and what we call a "blame free culture." @brent_chapman talked about this at #ITDevConnections during the Security wrap-up from his time at Google. This is the only way to get what actually happened.

Following on from a great conversation at #itdevconnections about the need for RDP/SSH on VMs. Here's a great example of a VM which is a real pet, can't redeploy, but no SSH allowed inbound. Use Azure's "Run Command" to still execute ad hoc code. #AZOps @wiredcanuck #azure

@Idera_Software A4: #SQLChat It's a mix of both. At #itdevconnections I picked a presentation because @jenstirrup was giving it more than the topic, though I was interested in it. I went to @wiredcanuck's because of the topic. Both were great sessions where I learned a lot.

@Idera_Software A2: #sqlchat I'm not attending the #SQLSummit, but a lesson I learned from #itdevconnections last week: don't assume on the weather. I landed in Dallas to 43 degree weather and rain. I didn't have anything but short-sleeve shirts. Not the most pleasant experience.
