世界计算机、青岛啤酒、区块链创业的终极建议——在 #JamTour 的最后40分钟里，我和波卡 @Polkadot 创始人Gavin @gavofyork 进行了一对一的深入对话。
1/ 从“分布式账本”到“世界计算机”，JAM 的性能是否足以吸引开发者？
区块链的起点是“分布式账本”。以太坊通过智能合约让区块链具备了编程能力，但仍然面临性能瓶颈和扩展性挑战。
Gavin 说，#JAM（Join-Accumulate Machine）的推出，将打造真正的“世界计算机”：
它不仅是智能合约系统，更是能运行常规软件的通用计算平台。计算能力或比以太坊提升 10,000 到 1,000,000 倍，支持超大规模去中心化应用。
JAM出现以后，波卡的重心也从“互操作性”转向“扩展性”和“可组合性”。
与此同时，Polkadot 2.0也作出战略调整——原生支持EVM智能合约，开发者无需学习新语言，即可迁移 Solidity 合约，使用以太坊工具链。通过去信任桥接方案，能与其他 EVM 网络无缝交互。
Gavin还强调了另一个重要的技术突破——PVM的高度通用性。PVM支持几乎所有满足确定性和自包含特性的虚拟机，比如 MoveVM 和 SVM，开发语言选择更加自由。
谈起竞争格局，以太坊生态已经积累了大量开发者，Gavin表明波卡不会固守WebAssembly及其独特的开发方式，将会更加灵活和开放地支持开发者喜欢的语言和工具。
2/ 在运营方面，波卡将何时迎来“Solana时刻”？
技术不断精进，然而是否匹配当前的用户需求和市场注意力？又或者说，开发者和用户更看中技术灵活性，还是生态积累？
之前 Maggie @0xmaggie5 从投资人和用户的角度讨论过：
开发者宗教 ≠ 用户宗教
技术护城河 ≠ 代币护城河
技术价值 ≠ 商业价值
——没有用户的技术是孤岛，没有市场的开发是空想。
这轮最受欢迎的公链 Solana @solana ，就通过Solana Labs @solanalabs 和 Solana Foundation @SolanaFndn ，前者负责技术，后者做市场做增长，两手抓且两手硬。
那么，Gavin是否陷入了“技术型Founder”的陷阱？市场将如何破局？
他坦言，在早期阶段，波卡���实不是将两者平衡得最好的。
但最近这种情况正在迅速改变。
去年，Web3 基金会 @Web3foundation 作了几项战略调整，为多个团队提供核心资源，让大家的努力变得更加集中而又更分散。
一些前员工从 Web3 基金会和 Parity @paritytech 分拆出来，专注于各自最擅长的领域——比如市场营销（Distractive）、商务拓展（Velocity Labs）和本地化等等。
JAM推出之后，势头愈烈，超过 35 个独立团队正在加入，他们不仅贡献于构建协议，也在全球范围内创造叙事、建设社区——可以说，JAM 有很多“联合创始人”。
目前，Parity 仍然是 Polkadot / JAM 的技术中心（类似于 Solana Labs），Web3 基金会更专注于研发、面向机构。��个 JAM 的执行团队就像是一个co-founding 的技术团队，而例如 Pala Labs @pala_labs 则注重 JAM 的生态建设。
Gavin 说，他从来都不希望生态中只有他的声音最重要。波卡注重去中心化，不光是在技术上注重，在社区、市场上也是。
3/ 设计“赌场”，还是坚持长期主义？
聊到深处，话题来到了区块链创业的终极建议，Gavin提醒说：
如果“加密行业”指的是“代币行业”或“加密货币行业”，那么这个行业正走下坡路，并且速度很快。
有些项目希望在区块链上部署应用，却没真正搞清楚为什么需要区块链。也有些团队想要创建区块链，却没有明确其必要性。
越来越多的项目没有尝试解决真正的技术难题，反而支持欺诈性项目，并推动过度中心化的发展，且缺乏对更广泛安全性的考虑。
更令他失望的是，某些掌权者正在做出决策，使得部分行业参与者能够利用公共资金进行自我牟利。
“创业者要真正创造价值，深入理解区块链系统的设计意图以及实际应用场景，而不是盲目跟风。”
最后，我请教Gavin对年轻人进入Web3的建议：
上一秒还在语重心长为行业堪忧的他，瞬间面露笑容，像个兴奋的孩子拿起桌上的青岛啤酒，挥舞着手给我演示物理学家Richard Feynman的例子：
想象我们在一个餐厅，将盘子抛向空中，旋转的盘子在空中总是轻微晃动
一次，两次，三次….
Richard 对这个看似无关紧要的现象的钻研，最终促成了诺奖级的重要科学发现。
“Be curious, be ambitious.
2025年可能不会是一个特别乐观的年份。但对于那些真正致力于创新、敢于迎接挑战的学生而言，这依然是一个充满机遇的时代。”
他两眼闪着光，语气中透着热忱，仿佛整个行业的未来都藏在这个小故事里。

中国4都市の学生・技術者向けのイベントツアー #JAMtour を終えました。それぞれの都市を代表するトップ大学（北京大、復旦大、浙江大、深圳大）の研究室やブロックチェーン/Web3サークルと連携し@pala_labs として主催したのですが熱気がすごかった。
中国に滞在したのは7年ぶり。街自体の発展と、人々からの自信が感じられた。
特に最近DeepSeekを輩出した浙江大学からは、自分たちが次��星になるぞという学生の勢いがあり。深セン大学の学生からは、ここから世界へ羽ばたいた中国テック企業のお膝元だからかグローバル意識の強い学生と多く出会う。中国にはスタンフォードが複数あるようなものなのだと理解。Gavや僕らが大切にしているWeb3の精神や歴史的文脈についても毎回のイベントで話させてもらう。
こういう場から数年後の世界を変える何かが生まれたりする。その雰囲気がひしひしと。良い刺激。
原点回帰の年なので、日本でもまた若い世代から盛り上がりを作っていきたい。
ツアーはイギリスからスタートしてインド、香港、台湾、中国と人生で最大級の移動量だったのでしばし落ち着きます。

🥳Total signed up: 965 people
🥳Approved: 874 people
Among them, over 300 students from various universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Central University of Finance and Economics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, West Lake University, Xiamen University, Shenzhen University, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, Henan University of Science and Technology, East China Normal University, Nanjing University, and Hebei University.
Additionally, over 250 developers attended the event.
We also had participants from leading traditional enterprises, including #Alibaba, #Tencent, #Microsoft, #Huawei, ICBC Blockchain Research Team, Haier Group, KPMG, ZheShang Bank Research Center, Nokia, ZheShang Securities Investment Fund, ZheShang Bank Research Center, CITIC Prudential Fund Management, CITIC Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, CICC Global Institute, and Vertex Ventures.
There were also teams from the Web3 industry, including #Binance, Wanxiang Blockchain Labs, #OKX, Altlayer, Aptos Labs, Axelar, RedStone, Conflux, Hashkey Chain, imToken, MEXC, OpenSea, SNZ Capital, MicroStrategy Capital, and more.
We were also joined by Web3 media outlets like @OdailyChina, @BlockBeatsAsia, @PANewsCN, @ForesightNewsEN, @BitpushNewsCN, @DecryptMedia, and more!

Scaling up is good, but like @gavofyork said, eventually it hits the celling of current tech up limit.
