@cytopathology I will say one of the more fascinating ones I have seen in recent past was a colleague of mine had an ALCL which they identified in a pericardial fluid in a child. It was identified just before the surgery path correlate. #JASCChat #ASCeJournalChat

@cytopathology @BrG1MD @JASCJOURNAL A3: I try to be definitive in my reports, if I can (i.e. not "favor" anything). In order to do so, I have been getting cell blocks more often than I used to - probably more than my Vice Chairman would like (#TAT). #JASCChat #ASCeJournalChat
