I finally fertilized my yellow tees and fairways after bringing on a few more team members to mow. Of course, it always works better if you don’t forget to do the 2nd pass on the tee box. Since I was the operator, it’s not a mistake, it’s a check plot. #JacksonParkGolfCourse

Ball washers could use some TLC anyway. Rakes, ball washers, and putting green flag sticks are off the course. Doing whatever we can to keep our guests safe and active. #JacksonParkGolfCourse.

Even though it’s been a rough week with our pump house, it is ending on a high note. Just tested the electrical for the new putting green irrigation. 👍 #JacksonParkGolfCourse
For the first time in its 89 year history, automatic sprinklers covered the putting green at #JacksonParkGolfCourse this morning. The turf team worked very hard over the last week and a half to drop in 750 feet of pipe and 9 new heads. The pay off this morning was really cool.
Always a little ironic to be installing irrigation on a rainy day. But hey, whatever it takes to get inground sprinklers for our putting green. No more quick couplers and pulling hoses. #JacksonParkGolfCourse
Apparently a few of my greens are celebrating “Christmas in July” - a few spots of Fusarium popped up last week. Actually a welcome surprise after hitting the 90s in May. #JacksonParkGolfCourse
