My agenda resonates with all lawyers; litigating counsel, those in the public sector, in-house counsel...all of them. The solutions I suggest bring solutions to the entire field of practice. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

I have tried to get a judgment within time. I have been frustrated by the e-filing system. I have experienced the highs and lows of practice. It's a journey that I have traversed & learnt so much from. I speak as one of you & look forward to representing me @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

We are all members of the LSK with or without the different titles. We need to work together without any discrimination. We all need a functional Judiciary and must work in one spirit. Together, we can do great things. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

I am a general member of the LSK not a special one or an honorary one. I have fully paid my fees and have my certificate. I qualify by all standards and measures to fully represent the LSK as the female representative to the JSC. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

I work at KNCHR which is an independent commission. We don't report to the Attorney General. We are a government watchdog. We get the heat as well. There is no conflict of interest between working at KNCHR and representing members at the JSC. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

I'm yet to see an advisory by the JSC to the Executive on matters to do with the lack of appointment of all shortlisted judges as well as the matter of the Executive and Parliament ignoring judicial orders. This is appalling and must be addressed ASAP. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

The JSC ought to strengthen its investigative arm. It needs to hire investigators to deal with cases of judicial misconduct and corruption. The JSC must also come up with regulations to deal with complaints about staff. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

I will review the existing complaints management system. We have a great complaints management system where I currently work. This system is possible to create, is possible to run and to sustain. We can and must do it. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC

We can't confidently go forward if we are not accountable for where we have come from and what we have had before. We need to conduct frequent audits that will help us identify loopholes and areas that need fixing as we go forward in our service at the JSC. @Ingutiah #Jacque4JSC
