I booked a flight on @JetBlue Aug 10. They charged my credit card, sent me itinary and a "get set to jet" email. went to check in today and an error message came up. I called them and they want another $170 for tomorrow's flight. #JetBlueSucks

Hey @JetBlue had another flight today with you guys (booked it before I knew how terrible you guys were). Family vacation. I don’t get to see my family that often. CANCELLED AGAIN. Got a sick 12$ voucher though. Worst airline of all time no question. #JETBLUESUCKS
Rebooked a flight on some jank airline. Layover in Minnesota and then flight to Salt Lake City. 5 hour drive to Montana after. Still better than flying again with @JetBlue , who tried to book us with a new flight that’s supposed to leave AFTER our return flight is scheduled.
@JetBlue Don’t charge me for a nonstop flight then tell me you have to stop in New Mexico for fuel because it’s too hot. Then not compensate me for it no longer being nonstop & adding 2 hours to my arrival time. That’s dishonest and stealing my money #jetbluesux #jetbluesucks

To the extent we can, for our guests we'll no longer be utilizing @JetBlue to bring them in and back. After being paid in full and booked over a month ago, they gave away our seats without any warning or refund! #jetbluesucks
