.@JetstarAirways Jetstar Australia having trouble with its planes. I was cancelled today twice in one day for “engineering issues” on two different planes at two different airports.

Poor form @JetstarAirways. Our flight from South Korea was delayed by 6 hours so now we leave at 4.25am, we miss out on all our last minute Easter Saturday errands because we’ll get in later - and all they offered was this $9(Aus) food voucher to make up for it #jetstarfail
@909808707606Z Insensitive & poorly delivered customer service, led to completely unnecessary esculation.
Tasering him over other passengers, an image no #Jetstar/ #Qantas customer is ever likely to forget.
Horrified. Hope he lawyers up. #JetstarFail
#JetstarFail … no information, no updates, no customer service….
#JetstarFail again… passengers waiting for almost 2 hours for bags at Melbourne Airport…. Rightfully angry
#jetstarfail is real. 2 flight in 6days. 1 delayed 12 hrs second cancelled 2 hrs before boarding. #jetstar is a joke now.
Hey @JetstarAirways how do you cancel a flight due to “curfew” when the flight was due to leave Sydney at 5:50pm and then delayed to 7:40pm? This is still more than 3 hours before curfew. #jetZEROstar #jetstarfail #jetstarneveragain
Hey @JetstarAirways - your contact tracing is shit...just found out that the woman who went to Maleny and tested positive for the UK strain of the virus - flew into Bne on the same flight as two of my family - and you haven’t notified us? Get your act together! #jetstarfail
@abc730 @DanielAndrewsMP So over supposed journalists trying to nail Daniel Andrews & score political points... just get on with the bloody job in hand will you Virginia #jetstarfail #RubyPrincess
Not such a lucky country under the Liberals, particularly since the Nationals no longer exist in any recognisable form.
This is how Aussies are treated under Morrison.
Not people, 'Labour Units.'
In this case, surplus to requirements.

Trying to book jetstar tickets. Booked including bundles... waiting to go to the payment page. It locked out and now price has gone up. Sucks. @jetstar #jetstarfail
@BenClarkSings @JetstarAirways It is a real #JetstarRipOff and #JetstarRevenueRaiser the $60 cabin baggage fees at the gate. Many have to pay even if less than 1kg over and several people have expressed concerns about the accuracy of the mobile scales. #Jetstar #JetstarFail! @NMIAustralia @acccgovau @NZComCom
@DilonWong @JetstarAirways Completely agree with you about this. It is a real #JetstarRipOff & #RevenueRaiser to get people at the gate to pay the so-called upgrade fee. #Jetstar has stepped up its efforts to make $$$ this way yet won’t provide good customer service. #JetstarFail #JetstarSucks #Qantas
@Jpar85 @JetstarAirways #Jetstar don’t want to help their customers. They have their pathetic standard words they continually use. Its all scripted with the aim of making as much $$$ out of every passenger as possible. #JetstarRipOff! #JetstarFail! #Qantas @Qantas @choiceaustralia
Just clicked over an extra 30 mins with no explanation whatsoever. Will they still weigh the bags and charge for that extra kilo?? #jetstar #jetstarfail #everysinglefuckingtime
https://t.co/AHo8DeiWnt #jetstarfail LIES. Vouchers 1000THB –$45 for some only. We got told to keep receipts.Taxis and most other places in BKK won’t give receipt. Claims better be processed quickly. Refunds wouldn’t get us home.#jetstarfail #JQ30 #Thailand #Bangkok #lies #Help
Groundhog Day @JetstarAirways you MUST organise hotels NOW for ALL customers and make sure we know what’s happening BEFORE we get off plane or fave the consequences. We can’t go another night without sleep. #jetstarfail #badcustomerservice #help #peoplepower @9NewsMelb @Channel7
