Great example to counter folks who argue judges don't make policy, but just neutrally apply law, so #JudicialSelection should be by partially Bar–selected commissions focused on "professional merit" rather than democratically elected officials more frankly considering ideology.
This is a flat out bad interpretation of the law as it has been used, and inconsistent with the legislative intent of Congress when 365(d)(3) was added to the bankruptcy code in 1984.
