My turnover on Victorian racing racing has gone up 3 fold since they decided to publish #JumpOuts on RISA.

Very scary. Not sure how it looks IRL in other parts of the city, but there are sooooo many cops driving/ patrolling, stationed EVERYWHERE here in (Anacostia), up Good Hope, MLK (Congress Heights). Sirens, helicopters are constant, stops/ frisks, including #Jumpouts are consistent. At the same time, many often sleep in their cars, are notorious for being on social media, or 4-5 units meet in parking lots and chat it up for 30. Literally over policed already. Someone HAS to be playing with the data. Almost like they manufactured an outrage to justify placing more cops here.
Ensuring the Right Hires before implementing policies within that affect policing.
