This. We chatted long into the evening and #5minutejobs today? Has resulted in achievements being unlocked, where normally they would have been overwhelming! Try it and see. #Just3things #5minutejobs

My friend @Robomam and I had a long discussion on struggle. We decided we are going to do #5minuteJobs to go alongside #Just3Things to prevent being overwhelmed, to trigger the reward centres in our brains that dont seem to work like most - additional to physical disability. 1/n

Why are #Just3Things and #5MinuteJobs important? People struggle with the transition from fit-and-healthy-achievers to sick/disabled. No one helps you to do this. There is no grief counselling for your loss of your previous life. There should be. 5/n

I am trying to embed OKRs into our Product Management process @Quorso and struggle to do it consistently with wide buy-in and engagement for them. Wonder if @barryoreilly and the @wearej3t #just3things team I came across at #MTPcon can help?

It was super fun to walk @RLadiesSydney peeps through things I have learned about lubridate last night. I forgot to press record, so made a #just3things screencast of the live #rstats coding section of my talk. slides: https://t.co/WHK69M4Utn coding: https://t.co/n5oyuHKjaa

My to-do list is too long. I'm paring it back to #just3things each day 1. write something: outlined discussion for a paper 2. read something: a paper I need to write a review for 3. code something: worked on #rstats markdown for some EMGdata #feelingproductive
