After tomorrow’s race I qualify for the #ScribblyChallenge Sharing Anxiety had me again at the start but today is a #win I refused to back down. I dissociated twice & tears flowed once. It happens. #Mentalillness #ComplexTrauma #CPTSD #PTSD #EndTheStigma #JustOneSmallStepAtaTime

Geared for a run, took the 1st step & laced up. I must leave the house now but I don't feel like running so I gave myself permission to walk cuz #ItsOkNotToBeOk & if running follows that would be great.Sept is a fav month so why does depression surface?#iDontGetIt #PTSD #CPTSD
