Buying a paper might not be your thing, but this week's front page shows what a difference local reporters like @Katie_Cronin can make - @NTelegraph supported this campaign from day one and Collette's killer is now on the sex offenders register #JusticeForColletteGallacher

Yesterday I spoke to @Katie_Cronin about my wee pal Collette and why we have set up a petition to have sex offenders convicted before 1997, placed on the sex offenders register. #JusticeforColletteGallacher https://t.co/5fyst0gPRp
My 6 yr old pal was raped & murdered by our neighbour. When he was released, he was not placed on the SOR because he was convicted pre 1997. @Claire_Annexo & @holmdawg26 spoke out, he is now being monitored but others are not. #justiceforcollettegallacher https://t.co/g5ZpuHd2oQ

A thread to make it easy for women & girls who come across Adam George Stein to read all our stories about his monstrous rape and murder of Collette Gallacher in Corby in 1986.
He is now 61, out of prison, and likely to be using a different name https://t.co/VAUfXxqiaY.
We wrote to @pritipatel last week about the upcoming release of the man who murdered and raped our 6 yr old sister. She hasn't yet responded and the killer has been released from prison & will not be on the Sex Offenders Register. Mrs Patel, will you meet with us to discuss this?
