The Court sitting in Hoima has disallowed the vote recount in the case of Diana vs Mercy & EC (2026).

Here is a Breakdown of updates from Court (MERCY Vs DIANA)

Seals were tampered with : evidence includes the following;
1). Serial no. 34 appears twice in the ballot box.
2).Serial no. 84 appears twice too.
3).Serial no. 306 appears in 2ballot papers with similar serial number but it appears one. In the Box.
4).Serial no. 8 appears in the booklet but not on ballot paper.
5).Serial no 8 and 73 appears in the book but not in the physical booklet.
7). Missing numbers between (153. - 167) counting starts from 153 straight to 167 ( digits missings 154, 155 up to 166) are missing .
8). Serial number 193 appears twice
