At #Kumbh2019, @nhm_up has set up a display of a #KMCLounge in their stall. In order to make #KangarooCare accessible to every newborn, in collaboration with #NHMUP, we've set up 172 KMC Lounges in government facilities across 70 districts in UP. @PrayagrajKumbh @uptourismgov
