We also interpret higher rates of return in highly segregated cities to be an ongoing pattern of Black spatial immobility - essentially there are few choices on where Black people can live in segregated cities #LGRTC
The housing price index is negatively associated with rate of resident return while the black-white dissimilarity index is positively associated with a higher rate of return #LGRTC
