As part of my #LTASB25 research, I was blessed to spend time with my #supt discussing superintendent self-care and wellbeing. It’s common for servant leaders to selflessly prioritize taking care of others over themselves. As trustees, we mustn’t forget our duty to ensure our supts are taking time to refuel.
