How is it that so many years into the changes at @flyLAXairport is the process to #LAXit so uncivilized and unreliable. Watched one half empty bus drive by a curb jammed with people waiting who then rushed the doors to the next one that arrived. We’re jammed in like sardines.

The #LAXIt system at @flyLAXairport is awful. I hate it SO much. The wait for a shuttle is unacceptable -- and there aren't even rideshares available when we get there. I didn't think the experience of LAX could get worse, but it did. 🤬

Safe to say one of the worst things about @flyLAXairport is #LAXit. Told no buses for 20-25min so I should walk the 5-10min. Got over there (where there were empty buses) and it was a complete zoo. First time. Last time. #travel
@flyLAXairport So we’re not serving terminal 4 with #LAXIT buses… you out it at term 3 but have no signs. The furthest point from the lot. Then they’re barely running after midnight - have to lug gear to the spot betw terms 5/6. You suck. The whole transportation industry. Awful
So apparently @flyLAXairport’s new plan for the #LAXit shuttles is to just leave them parked and tell flyers to walk to the taxi/Uber pickup because that will be faster. Bravo #LAX on the awesome airport experience. 😠
