First Deadlift of the new year. 135kg, just shy of my PB so pretty pleased. On a 7 week loading session so hoping to get to 140kg. Wasn’t long ago couldn’t lift 80. #fitafter50 #deadlift #learningtolift #crossfit #fitness

Nice PB today and wasn’t expecting it. Had just done 130kg which was already a PB. May not be much to some but 135kg Deadlift felt like such a milestone. #learningtolift #deadlift #crossfit #fitatfifty #weightlifting #gym

Nope! 😂. Did get a Pb in my power clean at 65kg but at 70kg couldn’t hold on to the bar. Had about 4 failed attempts. Heels are raising a lot and need to dip more…I think!?! All tips welcome! #learningtolift #weightlifting #powerclean #crossfit
