1) Writing AInsights and working at @ServiceNow keeps me smart! I have to keep up and stay sharp to help our customers. They're navigating uncharted territory. We all are!
2) Money aside, after writing "Lifescale: How to Live a More Creative, Productive, and Happy Life," I learned that wealth is also about wellness, happiness, gratitude, and giving. I still read that book and practice the Lifescale model.
3) Since January, I started doing mini workouts, those that I can do in my office, in hotel rooms, etc. While not the same as running miles (kms) or going to the gym, I feel better and I've lost some weight! I'm also watching what I eat...cooking more to avoid all the junk we have in the US.

As one of the early champions for #socialmedia in the early days, I started to study the negative impacts of sharing your life online or following the lives of others.
I wrote a book called LifeSCALE to help us take control without losing connectedness. I debuted it at #SXSW in 2019. I too had to get things back in order.
The most interesting thing is that the topic is finally rising up and gaining much-needed attention. Almost 5 years after LifeSCALE was published.
The book is more relevant now than when it launched. I probably should have sat on the idea. Instead, I wanted to raise awareness.
At least we're having the conversation...
It's just about learning, understanding, and taking ownership.
