@linebackerchat Keep it simple-we want our guys to play fast and fit fast. The further along the season goes-teach offensive tendencies, but don’t over coach them-line them up-teach them their keys and let them play! #linebackerchat

A8: Nickname/t-shirt/handshake all of it!!! We will come up with a slogan and core values. Weekly awards are based on the type of things they like such as food/shoes/clothes/games/etc. Use things they like for by in! #linebackerchat
A7: Keep it simple and teach! Show, tell, walkthrough, practice, correct, repeat. You get what you emphasize! Be basic (form rec, use same vocabulary, etc) and informally quiz often to see what they retain. #linebackerchat

@linebackerchat If you don't have an End-Zone camera for practice, then use your phone to film right behind them so you can coach their eyes, their alignment, making correct calls, footwork, path, and fit on the ball, how to defeat blocks, and how to finish.
