Thread 🧵 🇺🇸🦌BIG WIN for Bucks County PA against the corrupt Bucks County BCRC. We won an appeal to go back to the court of common pleas. When we win overall the court could order the BCRC to adopt new bylaws. This is how we stop the corrupted from staying in power and give the power to the duly elected committee people. Simply, we get America first candidates endorsed NOT RINO’s @BucksRight have been fighting the corruption and filed a lawsuit against the BCRC. 50 members from RFB has signed up for the lawsuite. After a couple of years of fighting PA Court we finally won to kick it back to the commonwealth court of pleas. The Commonwealth Court’s decision addresses a dispute over the Bucks County Republican Committee’s (BCRC) June 2022 leadership election, where proxy and roll-call voting were used. A group of committeepersons challenged the election, alleging these methods violated the BCRC’s bylaws and Pennsylvania’s nonprofit laws. The court reversed the trial court’s dismissal for lack of jurisdiction, ruling that political parties, as nonprofit entities, must comply with the Nonprofit Corporation Law (15 Pa. C.S. §§5101-6146) and Nonprofit Association Law (15 Pa. C.S. §§9111-9139). These statutes require valid, signed, and filed bylaws, and voting procedures (like proxies) must be explicitly authorized in those bylaws. The court emphasized that this is a matter of “neutral principles of law,” not an ideological dispute, meaning courts can intervene to ensure statutory compliance. Here is why NJ needs the help of the Trump administration NOW. Our NJGOP is corrupt. It’s no secret. Their candidate, @jack4NJ threw his election 4 years ago What if Jack, doesn’t actually care about winning in November? What if he just wants to win in June so that his Uniparty handlers can retain their control of the @NJGOP? Grassroots is working overtime for @BillSpadea, but we’re fighting an enemy with deep pockets and immense influence determined to silence us. We fought relentlessly to get @realdonaldtrump in office with no help from these politicians who now lie to the public and claim to have supported Trump. @AmericaPapaBear @TheAmerican_Mom IMO I say people need to stay where they are and change it. We the people must infiltrate them! Run for local positions in your state, change laws and create a local MAGA government. Leaving will not fix it. As @GenFlynn says #LocalActionNationalImpact
