Before our consultation for #DomesticWorkers in 2018, only 3 of Delhi's districts had #LocalCommittees. Deputy CM @msisodia made sure all districts had LCs soon after.
But these forums are inactive and unavailable for survivors during #Lockdown. Let us question their absence.
