I went to #LowesCustomerService because last week I bought an item & the cashier double charged me. Now the customer rep want to see my bank statement before refunding $11.70! I'm going to stand in a line 20 min. with aching knees to cheat Lowes out of $12 bucks?😡😡😡😡😡

@LowesCares @Lowes I went into your West Richmond location on Sunday morning to return some plants and was told that they couldn't process a return as a store credit even though your return policy says that you do. What is your store return policy? #lowescustomerservice
