@lyft wrongly deactivated my account for “duplicate accounts” I never created. I proved my identity, they said it was resolved, then they banned me AGAIN, and even disabled my rider account so I can’t get rides. Support stopped responding. This is absurd. #LyftFail

@lyft don’t appreciate being dinged by a driver because I asked him if he was recording me during the drive & that I would not have accepted the ride had I know. He said @Uber notifies riders. #lyft U R seriously going to lose a customer if you don’t remove the ding. #lyftfail

I just paid $200 for my @lyft and the driver told me he will only see about $60 of that. WTF! With these gas prices I don’t like that drivers see so little #lyftfail

Never use @Lyft! their driver left me in a VERY dangerous spot (because he didn’t go the normal way & I asked where he was going). @lyft hasn’t done anything about it except give me the runaround! They DO NOT care about their customers or our safety. #lyft #lyftfail #lyftdanger

Horrible and terrifying @lyft ride. Reported the driver immediately. Over 3 weeks to get a refund and that’s it. Nothing else done to help rectify the situation. I was a 5⭐️ passenger and current shareholder. Awesome to see customer service decline after the IPO #lyftfail

On Jan 23, got an email from @lyft offering “50% of my next 10 rides (no coupon needed)”. On Jan 25 and 26, used Lyft because of the offer. now, Lyft refuses to honor email. Hmm 🤔 Anyone else? #deception #falseadvertising #lyftfail @AskLyft

hey @lyft i love you guys, but this was ridiculous. the DRIVER AND I just changed a flat tire ON lakeshore drive in CHI. 30+ min on hold and talking to dept after dept. no solutions. just sorry, transfer, repeat. lucky the driver was awesome. #lyftfail also, this was the weather.

Wow the @lyft driver I have picked me up and proceeded to drive into the SeaTac parking garage instead of the road out. Even with his GPS screaming at max volume. Rush hour is going to be awesome. Oh and tone down the cologne spray #youhaveonejob #signsarehard #lyftfail
