Seit Beginn mit #Mestinon geht es langsam in kleinen Schritten bergauf. Ich bin vorsichtig optimistisch und hoffe, mich irgendwann wieder zu meiner alten Baseline zurückkämpfen zu können.

Update zu #Mestinon:
Nehm es seit Ende Februar, seit wenigen Tagen bei 3x15 mg. Gestartet mit 3x2,5 mg und steigere alle paar Wochen eine einzelne Tagesosis um 2,5 mg alle 10-20 Tage. Vertrage ich besser. Nach Erhöhung muskuläre Symptome,Schlaf schlechter,extrem verspannt.
Also gestern und heute 5 mg ohne irgendeinen Effekt. Erhöhe morgen auf 10 mg.

I hope very much that this is lasting. My test with #Mestinon in Oct 2022 was failing after about three months.
Important: I’m not using #Amifampridine, but I’m considering to switch since I learned that it should be working even better.
