Releasing #miniPAT feedback to @rcpsychTrainees on #PortfolioOnline couldn't be easier. A link to the form is posted on the dashboard of any of the trainee's registered supervisors as soon as the deadline has passed.
Of youโve ever wondered why we ask @rcpsychTrainees not to nominate the same person twice on a #miniPAT, itโs because if the assessor fill in both forms, the whole assessment is invalid ๐ฆ

To make sure @RCPsychTrainees receive #miniPAT feedback in an educationally supportive environment, we ask supervisors to arrange a face-to-face meeting and acknowledge they have done this before releasing feedback online.
