BE THEIR VOICE …. After the shocking statement by Mr Brendan Gleeson Secretary General of Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine sought to set the record straight. He said: “ I think I said in relation to the current Shannonside investigation that it was about animal welfare and identification issues. In fact it’s JUST about traceability and identification.” Mr Michael Sheahan previously said before the committee, that a lot of soul searching was done at DAFM in the wake of the Prime Time RTE investigation. This soul searching has obviously lead them to the conclusion that NO “welfare” investigation is needed. JOIN IS AT SHANNONSIDE ON Saturday 27th of July. To show our absolute outrage at how they were treated with such cruelty, abused and tormented. Spending there last moments in terror and total despair. People travelled from all over Ireland to be the voice” for those who cannot speak for, or defend themselves. We have had so many messages from supporters far and wide who could not be there yesterday. POOR LITTLE GUY ABANDONED AND TIED TO A RAILING IN PALMERSTOWN, DUBLIN💔💔💔💔 Locals alerted us early this morning and two of our volunteers got there in minutes, luckily one lives near by. The poor little dog was totally distraught, scared, it’s whole world upside down. We have no idea how long this poor little dote was left. It’s crazy, people don’t want their dogs so they are literally throwing them out like rubbish because pounds and rescues all over Ireland are full. WE FOUND THE POOR DUMPED DOGS 💖💔 We are on our way back to the MLHR Farm with both dogs. Took a while to get the youngest to trust us but eventually he came. We think it might be a mother and son 💔💔 We don’t have the room but we certainly couldn’t ignore this cry for help, we will make room and get them to the vet first thing, both skinny underneath their thick coats…2 beauties 💔💔💖💖 We’ll update when back 💖 Please support us if you can https://t.co/afHdKcS4kK
