@MindMyFamily_CM A hug works wonders for me. And sometimes doing something mundane with the kids like watching tv helps, just gives me a bit of time to regroup. #MMFchat
@MindMyFamily_CM This is so topical for me at the moment as have been feeling fed up with being the one who sorts everything out! I chat with my friends and eventually my husband! Am finally learning that if you donโt talk about things they wonโt change! #MMFchat
@MindMyFamily_CM I am guilty of putting myself last but have recently started journaling, writing things down has been a revelation for me. I do struggle to relax though, there always seems to be something to do!! Mum guilt!! #MMFchat
@ParentsVerge @MindMyFamily_CM ๐คฃthey certainly pick their moments share #mmfchat
@MindMyFamily_CM I think being honest and just talking and listening to each other is key. Also donโt be so hard on yourself, there is no such thing as a perfect family. #MMFChat

@MindfulMumUK We have a five minute rule. If ANYONE is feeling frustrated they can call for a five minute break and walk away. This is not framed as an act of rejection of the others. It is framed as taking care of the relationships that make up the group. #mmfchat
@MindfulMumUK @SeasonalKids Boarding school. Champagne breakfast, cocktails at lunch, extension to go out in the evening. No food all day. Blocked basin. Left my mark. thatโs all Iโm saying ๐คฃ #mmfchat
