Very disappointed with @makemytrip. This is the second time after #Mahakumbh we’ve had a horrible experience. We’ve lost over ₹3L this time. No support, no empathy. Loyal customers deserve better. At least credit us in MMT wallet if refund isn’t possible. #MMTFail #CustomerCare
